I have never ordered online. Is it safe?

Yes. It is actually safer than placing an order over the phone or even buying a product at a bricks and mortar store. We don't save your credit card information. We can't even view it. All that shows up on your order is the last four digits of your credit card. All information is transmitted through a secure server by our credit card processor.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. At  this time we do not accept checks, but plan to add that option soon.

How are your sunglasses and goggles different than the ones I see in local retail stores?

Many sunglasses you see in local convenience and discount stores don't have polycarbonate lenses, which are shatterproof and protect your eyes from stones and flying debris. Also it is rare that you will find the selection of various lenses we offer. Global Vision products are sold in motorcyle shops, biking shops and sports shops, because Global Vision products are especially created for these audiences. Yet we know that you may not be near one of these stores, and that's where ordering over the web comes in. It's easy, you get informative product information to help you decide, and your order is delivered right to your door.

What is your return policy?

We'll take back any product for exchange or refund within 30 days, provided all original tags are attached and the product is in its original condition. You are responsible only for return shipping, which is minimal when you send by United States Postal Service First Class mail -- this typically saves you money over Priority Mail. If for some reason, the product is defective, we will refund your your full purchase price, including original standard shipping. Otherwise, we will refund the full price of the product. It is not necessary to call us before you send your return.

I have a small face. What glasses would you recommend?

Some people have narrower faces and need glasses that are less wide or fit closer to the head at the temple area.  We recommend you take a look at Chicago and Escape. They are narrower so chances are they will fit you. Remember, if any pair of glasses you order does not fit to your satisfaction, just return them in the box they came in and we'll gladly send you an alternate pair or refund your money.

What is the difference between clear lenses and clear mirrored lenses?

Both are good for night riding. The difference is the clear mirrored lens has a mirrored finish on the outside, so people looking at you see a mirror reflection. In other words they cannot see your eyes. This makes the clear mirrored finish just a slight shade darker than the clear, but it is still suitable for night riding.

Where are you located?

We are located in beautiful Oakland County, Michigan, about an hour outside downtown Detroit. This area is known for its many scenic lakes. Our office is in Commerce Township, with easy access to the local Post Office. Our primary supplier, Global Vision Eyewear is located about two hours away on the western side of the state. Anything we order is typically here in one day, so we can quickly ship it to customers.

I live in Canada. How long will it take to receive my order?

We thought that because we are located in Michigan, our customers would get their orders rather quickly. From experience we learned it takes a bit longer. You should allow 8-10 days from when we ship your order for it to arrive at your door. The reason is because the Canadian postal system is different than ours in the states, so it takes a while for your package to get through the system.
